Pre-Shipment Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch—whichever occurs first. If eligible, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Post-Dispatch Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, it becomes ineligible for cancellation. However, once delivered, you may submit a return request in accordance with our return and refund policy if the product qualifies.
Order Modification
We do not support edits to product selections or delivery details after an order is confirmed. If applicable, you may cancel the order and place a new one instead.
